In Store: All of our bakeries across Australia and New Zealand have gift cards available to purchase in store.

Corporate Customers: If you are interested in bulk quantities for your company please call 02 9723 1011 or click here to email us.

Redeeming

Online: You will be prompted to provide your Gift Card information during the Payment Information stage of the checkout process.

In Store: Simply present your Gift Card when paying for your cake.

Check Balance

Ensure you have your card number and PIN (4-digit code) ready then click here to enter those details for your balance.

How can I buy purchase a Gift Card? Click here to purchase a Digital Gift Card online or you can purchase in store – click here to locate your nearest bakery.

How can I buy redeem a Gift Card? Either in store or online when checking out

What amounts can be purchased? The minimum value is $5 and the maximum value for a single card is $1000.

Where can I find the card number and pin? On the back of your card, just below the barcode or below the Terms of Use on the left. Your Pin Number can also be found on the back of your card, towards the bottom left, under the scratch panel.

How do I know how much money is left on my Gift Card? Ensure you have your card number and PIN (4-digit code) ready then click here to enter those details for your balance. You can also check your Gift Card balance in-store.

Does the Gift Card expire? Yes, The Cheesecake Shop Gift Card expires 36 months from the date of issue.

Can I get my money refunded or exchange my Gift Card for cash? The Cheesecake Shop Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

What do I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen? Unfortunately, lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
